Fee accruals, commissions, expenses, and NAV basis require reconciliation. Earlier correspondence referenced 0% management / 30% incentive fee, not verified against these returns. Blank months are not reported as zero. No high-water-mark assumption is asserted.

3. Risk. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss, is not suitable for all investors, and losses may exceed deposited funds. Notionally funded accounts can experience disproportionate losses and charges. Three months cannot establish a stable risk or return profile. Results are unaudited.
